Movie Night/Fathers Day

Jack and I said our goodbye to Dulce, our temporary dog this morning as her rightful owner returned to town. I'll miss her.....but not as much as the washer and dryer.

I've been having technical difficulty with yesterday's post. I hope to have it up later today.

I just was to say happy Father's Day to my dad who instilled in me an appreciation for hard work........and flashlights.

Jack and I ventured out to Thom's Creek yesterday. We saw another black bear, this one was a juvenile who made an immediate exit into the brush at the side of the road.

At Thom's, we cut brush and touched up the outhouse with standard USFS white paint.

We then went to the Stikine Inn for an early dinner on their incredible ocean front deck. Star Trek Into Darkness was our next stop. I'll leave the detailed review to Jack but I found it to be entertaining.
