Last night we stayed at Rabbit Valley in western Colorado. The wind was blowing so hard that it was hard to open your eyes without getting sand in them. The view from the camp site was absolutely beautiful. Here are some views.

We met my grandparents at the campsite, they have the cutest dog in the world that is named Cozy Dog. He is named after a hotdog restaurant.
why did you guys not explain to me that Rabbit Valley (that you were referencing) isn't a VALLEY at all? How high were we? I was afraid the wind would blow us over the edge of the mesa. (Mesa? Is that the correct term for where we weere?) I took a nap before you arrived and awoke with sand on my face. (I'd opened a window because the trailer was too warm.) Hmmmm. May be an alternative to dermabrasion . . . if I look remarkably younger (ha) the next time I see you, I've probably been using sand as a beauty treatment. Thank you for complimenting Cozy. We think he's pretty cute, but we're a tad partial.
